[Gsc-hca-family] Updates, no meeting this month

Just an idea (I sent to Jason and Kevin and have been asked to send to
mailing list to add to the discussion)-

I think you should be able to sublet during the year. At the moment
(correct me if I am wrong) apart from summer and IAP you are not
supposed to sublet your apartment (people do anyway, but just don't
record it).
In addition you should be able to sublet to people in the building for
extended family members. Currently you can not sublet at all to people
who already have a lease through housing - so you can not sublet to
other people for extended family members. Again, I'm sure people do
this currently - they just don't record it.
Allowing subletting would potentially help people who have extended
family here for a short time to help look after a newborn etc, instead
of being cramped in the one apartment.
