[Gsc-hca-family] Announcement of First Family Meeting

Hello,
I am Kevin, the new chair of the GSC HCA Family Subcommittee. I am writing
to announce the first meeting of the GSC Family Subcommittee which will be
held on Tuesday, August 19 at 6:00 PM in the Eastgate Lounge. All students
with spouses and families, along with their spouses, are invited to attend.
Dinner and babysitting will be provided.

This Family Subcommittee will reconvene this year after several years of
inactivity to address the needs and concerns of MIT's graduate families and
couples, both on- and off-campus. Some past issues the committee has
covered include on-campus child care, a childbirth accommodation policy,
and family health care.
