Hi,

Please pass this along to students who may be interested:


Are you a registered MIT student living, or planning to live, with a
spouse or a partner?   Are you looking for a better situation for
fall term housing?  There is currently no one on the waiting list for
Westgate efficiency apartments. These apartments are for families
without children.

These apartments are $1,004 per month which includes heat, hot water,
electricity, internet and basic cable tv.  There is also access to
laundry facilities and the Tech Shuttle.

If this sounds like a good option for you,  please fill out the
waiting list form. If we have an opening that matches your
preferences,  the Housing Office will send you email with an offer.
If you do not hear from us immediately,  you may remain on the
waiting list indefinitely,  by re-confirming your position every 2
weeks.  We continue to get vacancies in all buildings throughout the
fall term.
