- Nuts and Bolts of an Academic Job Search will feature faculty panelists
  who successfully landed a position.
- Speakers will outline an effective search strategy and discuss important
  elements of the process - finding opportunities of interest, preparing a
  strong application, the role of your advisors, interviewing, negotiating,
  and issues pertaining to the increasingly competitive job market

- iTeams ("Innovation Teams", 10.807/15.371) is a class offered jointly
  between the Schools of Engineering and Management. Students pick
  a technology directly out of MIT labs and build a team of 4-5 peers plus
  the Principle Investigator and an industry Catalyst.
- Teams focus throughout the semester on exploring a commercialization
  strategy for their technology.
- Students learn: 	how to build a go-to-market strategy -- how to analyze a market
  --	how to identify practical and economical applications --	the importance
   of intellectual property --	methodologies to engage customers.  
- The course is led by by Luis Perez-Breva from the School of Engineering
  with Noubar Afeyan from Flagship Ventures and MIT Sloan.
