1 What: $2 Tuesday - Picante Mexican Grill!
1 When: Tuesday, February 8, 6:00-7:30 PM
1 Where: Morss Hall (1st Floor of Walker Memorial)

- The fifth Two Dollar Tuesday dinner of the year will be catered by
Picante Mexican Grill!
- Only MIT graduate students may purchase dinner tickets. Each student
may buy one guest ticket. Guest tickets also cost $2 and must be
purchased with the student's ticket. There is no physical ticket; there will be
a guest list at the event and you will check in there.
- Dinner tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets
are non-transferable.
- There will be no refunds if you cancel and/or do not show up.
- Your children are welcome and can come in for free.

3 What: GSC Travel Grants
3 When: Deadline - 5pm, February 15th, 2011
3 Where: Bring application to GSC Office (room 50-220)

- The GSC Travel Grants support the conference-related travel expenses of
MIT graduate students from all Schools.
- This fund is allocated to conference travel expenses that are not currently
funded by the student's advisor or other MIT-related funding.
- The fund provides grant money for most conference-related expenses
including lodging, but excepting the conference registration fee.

- The event is Free and Open to the Public.

- BHOPALI is a feature length documentary about the world’s worst industrial
disaster, the 1984 Union Carbide gas leak in Bhopal, India. Thousands were
killed and up to 500,000 were affected by the contaminants. 26 years have
passed since the disaster, yet the suffering continues and, for the victims,
justice has yet to be seen.
- Award winning director Van Maximilian Carlson presents a modern portrait of
shattered lives in the community surrounding the abandoned Union Carbide
factory.
