*Two Dollar Tuesday*
Two Dollar Tuesdays is a series of events in which MIT grad students pay
only $2 to have a hearty dinner and adult beverages in a social atmosphere.
The next Two Dollar Tuesday is Tues, Dec 11th, at 6pm in Lobdell
(2nd floor dining area of the student center). The dinner is catered
BBQ food (pulled pork, pulled chicken, beef brisket) with a vegetarian
option.
You can buy your ticket(s) at:

Each ticket is $2 and must be purchased in advance; a grad student may only
purchase one ticket for themselves, and may invite one guest, whose
ticket also costs $2. There will be no refunds for cancellations.
This event is sponsored by GSC, LEF, and the Grad Rat.

spouses&partners at mit is a support and resource network for the wives,
husbands, significant others, and children of MIT students, postdocs,
staff, and faculty. We organize activities that help you make friends,
learn English, and get information about living in Boston. This group
helps newcomers from all over the world meet each other and create a
fulfilling life here.

Tickets are on sale in the GSC Office, 50-220, thru Dec 12. This
event sells out every year, so get your tickets while they're
available! Tickets are subsidized, and cost $22 for MIT grad students and
postdocs and $25 for guests.
