*FEBRUARY General Council Meeting*

We will be voting on five distinct amendments to the GSC Constitution and
Bylaws, discussing what action should be taken regarding student safety issues
stemming from the Mass. Ave. reconstruction project, and briefly reviewing the
status of GSC's stipend/ cost of living efforts. It is very important that we
have enough people at the meeting.

Please RSVP as soon as possible to verify that you will be able to attend, or
assign a proxy and let us know through the online form who your proxy will be
(http://gsc.mit.edu/proxy).
