[Glass-mit] Date for 2023 MIT Great Glass Pumpkin Patch!

Hello all,
It's a rainey Sunday in Boston, so it seems like a good time to catch up on
inside work. For example... sending out my usual midsummer communication
regarding the MIT Great Glass Pumpkin Patch.
The in-person sale will, as always, be on *Kresge Oval*, probably under an
enormous tent. As always, we will set up the pumpkins on Friday, have a
preview opening (no sales) on Friday night, and do the sale on Saturday.

The *sale* date will be* Saturday, September 23rd, from 10AM-3PM.*
The *preview opening* will be *on Friday, September 22nd from 5-8PM.*

As we have done since the first year of the pandemic, there will also be an
online sale that will run concurrently with the live sale - same day, same
hours, same URL: https://mitglasslab.org/.

In early August I will send out an official call for volunteers with
pertinent details about the sale. For returning volunteers: if you know
that you can come (yay!), feel free to let me know now, and if you know you
would like to volunteer for a certain job I am happy to start signing
people up early.
