Hi everybody,
As you know, the GlassBoston conference will be coming to MIT on Thursday,
June 13th. Many of our own, like the Demaines, Professor Cima, and Kenny
Cheung, will be giving presentations, and there will be some great
goings-on in the hot shop.
See the program at: http://www.societyofcrafts.org/learn/glassboston.asp
We still need some volunteers for registration, the Suitcase Show in the
Bush Room, and door monitors for some of the lectures.
If you are planning on coming to the conference and think you can spare a
little time to volunteer, please take a look at the attached volunteer
schedule grids and let us know where you might be able to help. Any place
there is still a blank space with no name is a place where we still need a
volunteer.
You can reply to me and Martha Giberson at martha at marthagiberson.com. She
is helping to coordinate volunteers for GlassBoston.
Thanks, and I'm looking forward to seeing you at GlassBoston!
Peter
