As a two time overnight shift veteran, I highly recommend the job. I have a
conflict this year, but I would do it again. You get to spend a night with
the pumpkins and look at all the different ones. You can have a private
showing for those few friends that Peter mentioned. There is power and
wireless internet in the tent, so you can stream tv shows or surf the net.
Just make sure to bring some warm clothes in case it gets chilly, and you
too can have a fun night of urban camping. Guarding is not hard, it just
consists of asking a few drunk people not to come into the tent.
