[Glass-mit] MIT Great Glass Pumpkin Patch weather update

Dear all who care about glass pumpkins and/or the Glass Lab,The weather for
this coming Saturday is not looking promising, but we will hold out hope
until tomorrow (Friday) night when a decision will be made about whether to
declare a rain-out. It is possible that the sale will be rained out and we
will go to the Sunday rain date. We will declare the Saturday sale rained
out ONLY when I decide that it is reasonably clear that there will be heavy
rains on Saturday. If the rain seems likely to be light or sporadic, we will
go ahead with the Saturday sale. The decision will be made sometime Friday
night, and if the sale is rained out, I will immediately send out an e-mail
and we will post the news on the website.
If the Saturday sale is indeed rained out, we will attempt to hold the sale
on Sunday. At this point it will be very useful to me to know who among you
will be able to help out on Sunday if need be. Same hours, same place.
