Subject: [Boston Indies] Disruptor Beam contract positions
To: Boston Indies <boston-indies at googlegroups.com>
Disruptor Beam, a social games company here in the Boston area, is
about to start production on a game based on a major fantasy IP.
We're looking for talent -- so if you are interested, please email
jobs at disruptorbeam.com with the usual cover letter, resume, and
portfolio stuff. Also, please let any interested friends/
acquaintances/respected enemies know, and if you have any questions,
feel free to email me directly. All these would likely be contract
positions -- some full-time and some part-time.
We're looking for:
* HTML5 coder with canvas experience.
* RoR gameplay programmer. Don't actually need RoR experience, as
along as your a good programmer. This would be implementing game
rules and behavior, working with designers on game mechanics, and
probably no UI work.
* Sound designer.
* Concept artist.
* Animator -- especially an animator who also considers themself an
HTML5 programmer.
And I can't say much right now, but I assure you that the project is
amazingly, fantastically cool.
