[galib] Seeking help in project based on Genetic Algorithm

Respected Sir,

I am currently working on a project named "Optimization of
Combinational Circuits using Genetic Algorithms". I am implementing it
using C++ language. I am using the array representation method. I am
facing difficulties implementing the encoder which gives the initial
population for GA from the array representation. Please kindly help.
