[galib] running ok in VC6.0 and linking errors in VS2011

Acording to my (long ?) experience with the galib running either with 
windows or linux, there is no particular problem.
It should compile perfectly at the first attempt. I also tested the lib 
with unix (sun sparc). Same results.
The only thing you have to do is to choose carefully the right  makefile 
for your OS.
