[galib] How to compile perfectly gali245 under visual c++ 9.00 express edition

Please  I need your help to know how I can use galib245 in a visual C++ 9.0 Express edition environment , I have tried to run ex21  but I have received  the following errors,

So would you  please help me  to fix these errors as soon as possible  ,cause I am using genetic in a part of my Phd thesis.
