[galib] Generation / Population Overflow

Hi,

I might be missing the point somewhere, but it seems that quite
regularly if I specify X generations / population, the actual number of
generations / population is larger. GADemeGA, for example, was set to
use a generation of 50, yet is currently on 120 and still counting!

GASteadyStateGA, by constrast, will always do the specifed number of
generations but the population can creep up from 100 to 120 or more
after a few generations.

Is there any way to artificially cap this crawling, and is there a good
reason for it?

Cheers
STeve
