[galib] max & min

Hi everyone,
                    I want to execute two functions togetherly. and one function will be maximized and another will be minimized. I wrote a program, here both are automatically maximized. I don't know why.Is it the property of GA that it maximize all function by default?
I'm sending my program, please anyone check it and tell me how I can maximize one and minimize another by executing togetherly.
