[galib] Help:Genetic Algorithm

This is S.Bhattacharjee, recently I'm working on optimization problem by GA.. But  no where the library files are available,when  I searched. I need the GA library files in C/C++/JAVA and the procedure of installation. Any example of Optimization problem by GA, compatible with those library files will be good to understand how it works.
