[galib] Specifics of 1 Point Cross Over on 2-D Array

I was wondering how the 1 point operator works on the 2D array. I've had
a look at the code but can't understand it

Does it produce offspring like this:

Parent 1		Parent 2
xxxx|xxx		oooo|ooo	
xxxx|xxx		oooo|ooo
xxxx xxx		oooo ooo
Offspring 1		Offspring 2
ooo xxxx		xxx oooo
ooo.xxxx		xxx.oooo
xxx xxxx		ooo oooo

or this:

Parent 1		Parent 2
xxxx|xxx		oooo|ooo	
xxxx|xxx		oooo|ooo
xxxx|xxx		oooo|ooo
Offspring 1		Offspring 2
ooo|xxxx		xxx|oooo
ooo|xxxx		xxx|oooo
