[galib] Download Problem PDF Documentation

I'm getting a strange error when trying to access
http://lancet.mit.edu/ga/dist/galibdoc.pdf :

file/directory is no longer available.

The strange part is that I can download other files from that
directory just fine. Can someone confirm this?
