[galib] EA + others AI

Hello,

Did anybody try combine EA(GA) strategies with other AI tools (Neural Network , Genetic Programming, Hybrid tools)? I've look for 
C++ libraries with implementation Hybrid tools? I didn't find good libs. Did anybody try write hybrid programs with GAlib(GAlib+ NN, 
GAlib+GP+NN)
