[galib] pvmpop not working

when I do aimk
it shows
gademe.h gabase.h bintstr1.h
missing in ga folder which is true.

I believe
GADemeGA.h GAbaseGA.h GA1DBinStrGenome.h
are the corresponding ones since these files have comment that they are (
gademe.h gabase.h bintstr1.h).

Anyway changing the name doesn't solve the problem.

Please help me to compile this.
