[galib] missing ga.h

Hi alice,

I'm also new to ga and c++ and trying to use.
for your question, I encouter before, have you
give the link your compiler? I'm using VC++6, 
you might add your link as following
Tools->Option->Directories

hope this can help

P.S I am trying to switch us cygwin, unix like
environment to do the compile since I am also 
hinder by the setting and config problem
