  and if it can be optimised by using genetic algorithms, if yes how ??
  I dont know really anything aboout it, But, suspect that there might
always be some scope for optimizations based on changing times. But, do you
have amy specific area/ functioanlity in mind.
  You also have to beware of the trap of optimizing it just for sake of it.
