[galib] Installation problem!

[NERMEN]

Hi all,
I dont know how to install GAlib under Windows mellenium or even NT, 
I refered to the URL http://lancet.mit.edu/galib-2.4/Installation.html , that contains an installation guid for all plateforms, but the 'nmake' instructions don't work.
may anybody help?
