Can i get the galib.lib for application about JSP, please!!!

  Can somebody please, send me a galib.lib of the function programming files and documentation via e-mail. I am a student in  Chinese Academy of Sciences, BeiJing, China, and interesting to use this algorithms. And i want to learn this algorithm to contribute in Job-Shop Scheduling.  So please to let me the file of galib.lib  the software directly.
