Multiobjective Optimisation & MOEALIB

Dear All,

In a previous posting in April the following was quoted.

MOEA class and implement the select operation and

the fitness assignment.

There is a library called MOEALIB that implemnts

four methods (VEGA, SPEA, NSGA, NPGA) and I think

its easy to implement others methods.

If you desire, I can send the original library

and my modifications for use real genomes.
