BUILDER 5.0

Hi friends,
Today,
I sent an e-mail about BUILDER 5.0 and GALIB. Received a request and I did
what me sugered.
I modified the files for .CPP.
I dind't get set run the example 1 of the documentation. 
What I should make ?
I don't get set the config.h, because I don't know how I do.
Do I need to modify the config.h?
Do I need convert in DLL's or only include in my project(.CPP)?
I'm running in console, and the compiler wrote about random numbers.
