G++ Galib installation error

Hi,

I am trying to install GALib...please help me with the following error.

C:\GNU\include\GALib\ga>make
make
g++ -g -Wall -O -fexceptions -O0 -I.. -c garandom.C
garandom.C: In function `void GARandomSeed(unsigned int = 0)':
garandom.C:69: implicit declaration of function `int getpid(...)'
make: *** [garandom.o] Error 1
