How to define Range of real values?

Dear,

Now, i am really bothering you...but i hope you wont mind..
I am really a novice at GAlib...so i have no idea how i should define my own 
initialization function for the allele. Can you refer to some documentation 
or mail me some example...

Secondly Will i always have to add discretized values...Is there no other 
way to add range of values which works..

Thirdly i am getting the same message again..
i think it to possible cause of error

GAAlleleSet::allele(unsigned int):
  this method has not been defined.
