EASEA compiler release 0.6c

This short mail to inform the EA community that a new version of EASEA 0.6c
was released last week on the sourceforge repository
(http://sourceforge.net/projects/easea).

The main novelty is the access to the whole population when using GALib in
the "evaluation", "display", and "At Each Generation" sections.

This allows to implement the "Parisian" approach with EASEA/Galib.

Coming soon is the ... Graphic User Interface !
