constraints in galib

Hello
I want to use Galib 2.41 for optimizing a function with 3 variables. I use
Borland C++ 4.0 for windows for compiling Galib. One of three independent
variables in this problem is integer and others are real. Furthermore there 
is a set of nonlinear constraints (in form of nonequalities for this
variables). What is the best standard genome class for this problem? And
how can i put this constraints in the problem? And what about a function
of three real independent variables?
