[MIT Friends of the Arts] November 18: BSO plays Brahms

Hi all,

The next event for Friends of the Arts is an (almost) all-Brahms program by the BSO.

Program:
Timo Andres, Everything happens so much (world premiere)
Brahms Piano Concerto #2 (with Helene Grimaud)
	Brahms Symphony #4
When: Friday, November 18 at 8PM in Symphony Hall
Dinner at 6:30 (location TBA near building 4)
Cost: free (or $5 for college card -- see below)

This event is going to work a little differently (and requires a bit more effort on your part):
1. Buy a college card ($5 from CopyTech) if you don't already have a 2016-7 one.
2. Go down to the Symphony Hall box office the week of the 14th with your BSO college card and MIT ID, and pick up a ticket. You can pick up tickets for other people, but you have to bring their ID's and college cards. I recommend going on Monday if you can, because sometimes college card tickets disappear quickly.
3. *Email me by Wednesday November 16 at noon* saying you've gotten a ticket and plan to come to the dinner. This is important because otherwise I won't know how much food to order.

If you're interested, you can leave your email address in this form
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf8feOQCZu5KmM25jpV5h1DkM6BLRMg3X-epvEiIn4T7hCJwA/viewform
and I'll use that to remind you to pick up tickets and encourage you to coordinate trips to Symphony Hall amongst yourselves.

Cheers,
Eva
