Dear Friends of the Arts,
I hope you're having a fantastic summer so far. As you may know, every
summer the Boston Symphony Orchestra retreats to Tanglewood in Lenox, MA,
to perform a series of concerts in the large outdoor venue there, and every
year we go out there to see them for a day. Since Tanglewood is 210
kilometers west of MIT, we definitely need drivers with cars to get us
there. We are planning on going on one of the Fridays or Saturdays in the
next month or so. Please use the following form to RSVP by this Sunday, and
let us know whether you'd be willing to drive:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dDd3QkxFRlprbmwtVHVjOTBZOW9fdEE6MQ
We would leave in the mid-afternoon, drive for about three hours, attend an
8:30pm concert, and return late at night.
The cost will depend on the number of participants and which concert we
choose, but expect about $20 (all things included), lower for drivers.
Hope to see you soon,
Tiankai
