We want to hire a PR firm to help us develop a strategic marketing/communications plan for Student Recruitment for our graduate program. I'd appreciate recommendations.  Some key criteria include:


*         Local firm with an international/global reach/portfolio

*         Significant experience in China necessary

*         Higher Ed experience necessary

*         Experience in the Architecture/Planning/Engineering/Construction realm a plus
