[Editors] pay rates for editing

Someone provided this link<http://the-efa.org/res/rates.php> a while back to the group, common editorial rates. CPS and many departments at MIT have partnered with Linda Walsh<http://www.linkedin.com/pub/linda-walsh/20/5a2/95b> of Editorial Express. I think her current rate is $70/hour and includes editing, rewriting (and writing), cross-checking all information, and ensuring consistency of the layout.

Others may have additional information.
