[Editors] FNL article, comments welcome

Dear colleagues and friend,

Did you see my column in the MIT Faculty Newsletter? It is "Can We Make Smart = Nice?" http://bit.ly/XWWZTY asking, "Does MIT culture unintentionally give people an excuse to be rude?" 

I told FNL editor David Lewis that I would share with him any comments I get. I've already received two, one from a professor emeritus and that may turn into a letter to the editor in the next FNL issue.
