[Editors] typewriter repair

A few days ago the lower-case "o" fell off the venerable IBM wheelwriter 6 that I've been using for 27 years. Obsolete technology or not, I still need it to write postcards and note cards to elderly alumni, and I prefer sending pretty cards rather than email condolences to the bereaved. ETS, Inc. has repaired my machine in the past, and I have emailed them since their phone numbers disconnect as soon as someone answers. In case they're hopeless, does anyone else know a repair service?
