[Editors] book writer/publisher query

Happy December, Editors!
I am looking to put together a book of interesting alumni interviews, in the vein of Esquire's collection of "What I've Learned" columns, The Meaning of Life.

Would anyone have connections or advice about writers/publishers who would be good contacts on putting this together, as well as a ballpark idea of how much it might cost to put this together? We would probably have an initial printing of 500.

This is for the centennial of ChemE's Practice School in 2016.
