[Editors] Fwd: MIT #1 in world rankings

It's funny, though I find a number of emails and tweets
about this, and very few mention whose ranking it is.
It bothers the journalist in me.

I guess this ranking is from "topuniversities.com/QS World";
I'm not really familair with them (how fly-by-night are they, really?),
but they're certainly not the same as US News & World Report.

I guess it's nice to celebrate being #1, but sometimes it's hard to
take this stuff seriously...
