Dear Editors,

There has been some discussion about the following among staff in the program I work with. Could you kindly weigh in on the following? 

1) Should the first mention of the "System Design and Management Program" be written as the "System Design and Management (SDM) Program" or the System Design and Management Program (SDM)"?

2) Should Program be capped?
