[Editors] awards folders, plaques needed for EECS event

Done it tons of times, Patsy - in fact, doing this tomorrow in DC.
You can get all kinds of certificate holders - from the padded board type that you see typically used for diplomas to more flexible folder types with corners cut out in which you insert the corners of the certificate. If you want to get real fancy, you can get wooden plaque kits - you place the certificate on the board, cover with the supplied plexi, and then tack the corners down with supplied brass tacks. I usually get mine from the great folks at University Stationery. I have examples of both in my office if you want to see (but need to do today as I'm on travel the rest of the week).
