[Editors] web help

Hi all,

We're looking at doing some web work here at LIDS (www.lids.mit.edu)  
and our Systems Admin was wondering if any of you might know of a good  
person or company to work with on both graphic and functional design.  
More specific information is below.

Any recommendations you have would be greatly appreciated.
