[Editors] MIT Editors' Club: Meeting tomorrow

Hi to you all,

Do you know of established mentoring programs for junior faculty? These 
are programs to support faculty as they become PIs of their own projects 
and need to explore new collaborations and opportunities within MIT and 
outside MIT, as well as attend to the business of leading their team. We'd 
like to look at some models that may be in place at MIT (and I don't know 
about them). We are thinking we'd match up a senior faculty member with a 
junior faculty person, but how to do this and also scope the mentoring 
role and responsibilities is something we want to learn more about.
