Subject: [Infogroup] FW: Another Footage and Imagery Search

Dear Colleagues,

This is a somewhat urgent plea for imagery for the multimedia opening currently nearing completion that will begin the MIT150 Next Century Convocation at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center on April 10. As you all know from our discussions regards this MIT150 event, we hope that the celebration on our charter day will be historic on many levels. We hope that this event will become the largest singular event in MIT’s history with an unprecedented number of our alumni, faculty, staff and students together to honor our past, celebrate our present and anticipate a future—together. We are striving to produce multimedia that is as reflective of our community and their accomplishments as possible. Below is a list of images that our production team is hoping we might include either in this opening montage or in video interstitials throughout the program. I would be very grateful for any help and would ask—as time is short — that you send any files directly to Andrew Zamore, whose contact information is at the end of this note. Many of you have been extraordinarily helpful with this project to date — thank you!

I am grateful for your help, your support of the communications around the MIT150 and look forward to seeing you and your family and friends with us on April 10!

Best,
Gayle
