WEB, PRINT, MULTIMEDIA WRITER, Alumni Association, to contribute to web, print, and multimedia efforts for the Alumni Association's award-winning communications team. Will expand robust social networking endeavors, build a more interactive online presence among alumni and between alumni and the Institute, contribute to the photographic and video collection, and develop ideas to advance the visual identity of the Alumni Association. Will also test and implement new media platforms.

REQUIREMENTS: a bachelor's or master's degree in journalism or at least four years of experience in communications, marketing, or journalism. Must display a broad skill set from marketing strategy to data analysis; excellent verbal communication, writing, and editing skills; and the ability to understand an audience, pull content from various sources, integrate content through editing and rewriting, and present results in a web-optimized way. Experience creating short videos and familiarity with the methods and technologies used in developing and maintaining web sites required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Photoshop needed. HTML skills a plus. Must be able to multitask and function effectively in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. MIT-00007815-O
