[Editors] Freelance writer available

Hi all,

A freelance writer friend has recently moved here from Los Angeles and is available to write on a freelance basis. Her email is bumblebee at mindspring.com.

Andrea Meyer has written for such publications as Glamour, Variety, Interview, Fitness, the Village Voice, the New York Post, and Time Out New York. She has also worked in documentary film production, primarily as an associate producer and researcher, and had freelance writing and editing assignments that include editing syndicated astrologer Susan Miller’s monthly column and writing treatments for commercial directors. In a story for the New York Post, Andrea pretended to look for a roommate as a ploy to meet men and she adapted the article into a novel, Room for Love, which was published by St. Martin’s Press in 2007. In 2007-8, she wrote the screenplay for the remake of the classic horror film Audrey Rose for MGM. She lives in Cambridge with her husband and two-year-old son and blogs about the perils of being a writer and a mom at the same time on I Don’t Have Time To Write This!
