[Editors] Approval for poster placements around campus

Hi,

Over the next two months the Office of the Vice President for Finance will be conducting a campaign to encourage faculty, staff and student employees to opt for electronic-only delivery of their W-2 tax forms.

We would like to place large posters promoting this at various points around campus. We envision 24” x 36” posters on tripods.

Would anyone know whether a central MIT group would approve a request to do this? Or would I need to seek permission from individual departments/schools?

We are looking at the following locations:


 *   Lobby of Building 10
 *   Lobby of Stata
 *   Lobby of the Student Center
 *   Lobby of new Sloan Building
 *   Lobby of MIT Medical Center
 *   Lobby of Daper Athletic Complex
