[Editors] Commas, lists, and consistency

Clutter!  All, those, extra, commas, are, nothing, but, clutter!  I  
say to hell with the Chicago manual; if there isn't the possibility  
for a misunderstanding of the Ayn Rand/God variety, keep it simple.
