[Editors] technical editor needed

A Professor at our Center is looking for a free-lance technical 
editor for a book he is finishing.  Would anyone have a 
recommendation? Of course, he is looking for someone good and 
reasonable, but he is a bit in the dark about what a reasonable rate 
might be (as am I).
